With an immediate need of intensified recruitment activities in Gothenburg, we’re looking for a skilled and proactive recruiter who can help us attract the engineering talents that power our projects in automotive, mobility, and product development and also advertise them in our customers consultancy portals (primarily SAP Fieldglass). The position is a temporary during autumn 2026.

What you’ll do

• Advertise and source candidates for our customers needs but also for internal EDAG projects
• Advertise and present candidates in our customers sourcing systems (primarily SAP Fieldglass)
• Partner closely with established recruiter and hiring managers to understand needs, define profiles, and shape recruitment strategies
• Source and engage candidates through channels such as LinkedIn
• Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Work with our partner network to increase candidate pool further upon need
• Build and maintain talent pools for future hiring needs
• Contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment processes and tools
• Support with work permit applications upon need

Who you are

• Experienced in recruiting engineering or technical roles, especially automotive oriented ones
• Familiar in also promoting and quoting candidates
• Skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and managing stakeholders
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of your pipeline
• Strong communicator who builds trust quickly
• Curious, proactive, and energized by finding great talent in competitive markets
• Fluent in English; Swedish is a strong advantage
• Familiar with the Scandinavian engineering landscape (automotive experience is a must)
