What you’ll be doing day-to-day

As the key right hand to the Manager, you will work on both strategic and operational initiatives:

• Executive Support: Assist and support the Customer Experience & Operations Manager on key commercial initiatives.
• Task & Project Leadership: Independently lead assigned topics and projects with mentorship from colleagues.
• Meeting Management & Briefs: Prepare briefs, presentations, and agendas for Management Team meetings, and ensure prompt action follow-ups.
• Operations & Planning: Coordinate the internal business year cycle and meeting structures in collaboration with Business Support, Communications, and People & Culture.
• Workflow Optimization: Identify and propose improvements to ways of working and communication channels.
