Assignment Description

We are looking for an experienced Wiring Harness Design Engineer

What You Will Work On

• Design and develop wiring harnesses for vehicle cab systems
• Create and modify wiring harness layouts and electrical designs
• Develop harness routing solutions aligned with vehicle packaging requirements
• Produce and maintain electrical design documentation
• Design and update electrical schematics and harness configurations
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams during product development
• Support integration of electrical systems within vehicle cab environments
• Ensure designs comply with automotive engineering standards and customer requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve wiring harness design issues
• Support design reviews and engineering change activities

What You Bring

• Experience as a Wiring Harness Design Engineer within the automotive industry
• Strong experience designing vehicle cab wiring harnesses
• Ability to work independently throughout the design process
• Hands-on experience with CATIA V5
• Experience using Saber
• Experience using Capital (Mentor Capital)
• Experience using OAS
• Strong understanding of automotive electrical systems
• Experience creating electrical documentation and wiring harness designs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Fluent Swedish language skills
