About TAPFIN Talent Solutions TAPFIN is ManpowerGroup's brand for Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions. We help companies manage their external workforce through strategic solutions that combine people, processes, and technology to increase control and transparency. Our services cover the entire lifecycle of consultant and supplier management - from sourcing and quality assurance to risk management. Many of the solutions we work with are global, which means you will quickly build a network within our global organization and collaborate frequently with colleagues in other countries. About the Role As a Program Professional, you act as the central point of contact between the client and suppliers. You work closely with the client's managers and are responsible for driving and coordinating consultant recruitment and related processes. The role is both operational and advisory, with a strong focus on quality, structure, and customer satisfaction. You will work with:

• Managing and coordinating consultant recruitments through VMS systems.

• Supporting and training managers in the program regarding policies, systems, candidate review, and reporting.

• Handling daily relationships with hiring managers and suppliers, including onboarding, supplier registration, interview coordination, and negotiation.

• Preparing and presenting monthly/quarterly reports to the client and internal leadership.

• Contributing market data and insights for better business decisions.

Your Background We are looking for someone who is structured, communicative, and solution-oriented. You enjoy working independently and have the ability to drive projects forward. You are curious, eager to learn new things, and have a critical eye for detail - when something isn't working, you find a way to fix it. As a person, you need to be proactive and professional. This role requires a high degree of self-leadership, and you will independently drive the projects and recruitments you are responsible for. We believe you have:

• Post-secondary education.

• 3-4 years of experience in administration, coordination, recruitment, or procurement.

• Preferably experience with MSP or outsourcing.

• Strong IT/system skills (VMS experience is a plus).

• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Location: Stockholm. Work Arrangement: Hybrid You are expected to be on-site at the client's location one day per week and at our office in Solna one to two days per week. For the remaining time, work may be performed remotely, depending on business needs.
