About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional who enjoys combining sales, business development and strategic thinking with strong partner relationships.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Drive the business across your markets, including P&L, performance, pricing and investments.
Build strong, long-term distributor partnerships and ensure successful execution of commercial strategies.
Develop budgets, forecasts and commercial plans to drive sustainable growth.
Develop and execute sales, marketing and trade marketing plans together with distributors and internal teams.
Identify new opportunities and continuously develop the distributed business and product portfolio across the region.
Collaborate with International Key Account Management to develop strategic customer relationships.
Track performance, lead business reviews and work cross-functionally to ensure plans and targets are delivered.

Willingness to travel within the Nordic and Baltic markets as required.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
