About the RoleYou will take on a key role in improving and developing assembly lines in an advanced manufacturing environment. The work spans both an existing production facility and the build-up of a new production site, giving you the chance to combine day-to-day production support with long-term development of methods, flows, and ways of working.
In this role, you work close to production teams, line technicians, operators, and support functions to solve real production challenges and raise performance in safety, quality, and delivery. It is a strong opportunity if you enjoy making a visible impact on the shop floor while helping shape future production setups.
Job Description- You will develop and optimize assembly processes, production methods, and production flows.
- You will support daily operations through structured problem-solving and technical expertise.
- You will create and improve assembly instructions and PFMEA.
- You will define the tools and equipment needed at each workstation and help ensure the setup supports safe and efficient work.
- You will coordinate priorities and activities together with line managers and cross-functional support teams.
- You will drive continuous improvement initiatives with focus on safety, quality, and delivery.
- You will contribute to the development and implementation of assembly lines in a new manufacturing facility.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer.
- MSc in Production Engineering, Supply Chain, or a similar field.
- Strong experience in production, problem-solving, and project management.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Lean / World Class Manufacturing.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
- You are structured, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of improvements and deliveries.
- Experience from assembly or manufacturing environments.
