Are you an experienced digital leader who wants to shape the digital backbone of Volvo Trucks? As Head of Digital Product & Infrastructure, you will lead a key area within Digital Management, driving digital product management and infrastructure services that enable business value, customer impact, and our continued transformation.

In this role, you will collaborate closely across Volvo Trucks, Volvo Group, Digital Technology & Operations, business units, and Group Functions. We offer an open and inclusive environment where ideas, perspectives, and constructive dialogue are valued. Together, we set clear ambitions and create the future of digital at Volvo Trucks.

What you will doAs Head of Digital Product & Infrastructure, you will lead a unit of approximately 25–30 employees, primarily Digital Product Area Managers and Digital Product Managers. You will be accountable for developing the digital products, capabilities, and resources in your area, ensuring strong alignment with Volvo Trucks’ business priorities, IT strategies, and transformation agenda. With a customer-centric mindset, you will use business insight, user journeys, and design thinking to ensure that digital products continuously create value.

You will:

  • Shape and drive digital product roadmaps together with business stakeholders, Enterprise Architects, Business Partners, staff functions, and delivery leaders, ensuring clear prioritization based on business needs and IT strategies.
  • Own end-to-end lifecycle management, including runtime and one-time budgets, financial follow-up, and resource planning for the unit in close cooperation with delivery functions.
  • Secure high-quality IT delivery by working closely with delivery leaders in Volvo Digital Technology & Operations and following up on outcomes, performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop mature and efficient digital product management practices, enabling transparency, strong stakeholder dialogue, and effective collaboration across business and technology.
  • Lead through empowerment, trust, and an agile mindset, creating the conditions for people and teams to perform, learn, and grow.
  • Support the professional and career development of team members through coaching, performance feedback, and clear leadership.

Who are you? We believe you are a senior leader ready to take the next step together with talented colleagues across the world. You bring a university degree or equivalent experience, combined with solid leadership experience, preferably from IT management or a relevant business domain such as automotive marketing, CRM, retail, sales, or master data.

You have experience from digital product orientation, agile ways of working, and the ability to translate business needs and technology trends into clear priorities and tangible value.

You are confident in collaboration and dialogue, and you know how to create momentum in cross-functional teams. You embrace changing requirements, market opportunities, and business priorities, while keeping direction, structure, and accountability clear.

As a leader, you bring our leadership principles to life: Lead with Passion, Perform with Purpose, and Transform with Vision. In practice, this means building trust, setting clear direction, enabling people to grow, and turning opportunities and ideas into business, customer, and cultural value.

You are customer-centric, business-oriented, and comfortable balancing performance today with transformation for tomorrow. You can define the right priorities, act on opportunities, and create clarity in complex environments.

You foster unity and trust through open dialogue and collective work. You value diversity in expertise, perspectives, and culture, and you contribute to an environment where people feel included, empowered, and accountable.
