Lediga job som Informationsstrateg

TL;DR

This is a strategic operating role at the center of the company, reporting to the Head of Comms with a dotted line to our Cofounder and CEO. Your core job is making sure company leadership communication is clear, consistent, and compounding week after week as we scale. Around that core, you'll own the narrative, the moments, and the rhythms that keep a fast-growing global team aligned, and you'll run the programming lean, with AI doing the production work so your judgment goes where it matters most.

The challenge: when a company doubles in a year across offices and oceans, shared context is the first thing that can break. The warmth of a small team gets diluted by process. Your job is to make sure none of that happens: that every person at Lovable knows where we're going, why, and their part in it, and hears it in a voice that still feels like us.

Why Lovable

Lovable is the software creation platform that gives people the power to act on the problems closest to them. For decades, turning an idea into software required so much capital, technical fluency, and time that many ideas never came to life. Lovable is the counterargument: a platform for all people with ideas, ambition, and problems worth solving. From solopreneurs to small business owners to teams at companies like Adidas and Zendesk, people have built over 60 million projects on Lovable since its launch in November 2024. And we’re just getting started.

What you'll do

Be the CEO's communications partner. You'll help make sure what the company hears is consistent from week to week and compounds over quarters. And you'll be a genuine advisor: in the room early, pressure-testing how a decision will land before it's made, and holding a mirror up to leadership when the message and the reality drift apart.

Own the company narrative and operating rhythm. You'll own recurring communications and the strategy behind them: the cadences that ensure every employee understands the strategy, the priorities, and the reasoning, not just the announcements. You'll connect the internal story to the external one so employees hear one narrative, whether it comes from the CEO, their manager, or the press.

Run the moments that matter. Fundraises, strategy rollouts, reorgs and leadership changes, and other high-stakes comms. You'll partner with the Office of the CEO and leadership team to make sure these moments are planned, humane, and land without whiplash: employees hear things that affect them before any rumor mill does.

Make our flagship forums worth showing up for. You'll own the editorial arc of company-wide all-hands, elevate the craft of everyone presenting, and keep these moments warm and personal as we grow past the size where that happens by default.

Build an AI-native internal comms engine. You'll run programming that would traditionally take a team, alone, by defaulting to AI and Lovable itself for input gathering, chasing, aggregating, drafting, and measurement. Human judgment stays where it belongs: editorial calls, sensitive moments, and final approval. If you're still doing production work manually after three months, something has gone wrong.

Raise the bar for how leaders communicate. At Lovable, functions own their own communication; internal comms is not a gatekeeper or a wordsmithing service. Your job is to make every leader and manager a better communicator: standards, tools, coaching, and talking points that equip managers to answer their teams' questions, because managers are the most trusted source most employees have.

Measure understanding, not reach. You'll build lightweight feedback loops that test whether messages actually landed: can people explain the strategy in their own words, do they feel informed, are the whispers going quiet. And when the data says a message isn't landing because the substance is unclear, you'll feed that signal back to leadership rather than polishing the wording.

Who you are

You're an operator and a general problem solver. You build scalable systems from scratch, you're rigorous and structured in how you work, and you have a track record of outstanding achievement in demanding environments. You may have grown up in communications, or you may come from chief of staff, founder's office, strategy, or consulting work with serious writing chops.

You've earned the trust of a founder or CEO. You've been the person a chief executive relies on to sharpen their thinking and their words. You know how to advise without ego, push back with evidence, and keep confidence. Your judgment has been tested on sensitive, high-stakes communications.

You write exceptionally. You know the difference between writing that informs and writing that aligns, and you can do both under deadline.

You're AI-native to your core. You instinctively reach for AI to do the gathering and aggregating, and you're excited to build internal tools on Lovable itself. You see leverage where others see headcount requests.

You read organizations well. You have a feel for the pulse of a company: what people are worried about, where context is missing, which message will land and which will breed cynicism. You listen as much as you broadcast, and you navigate cultural differences across our European and US offices with ease.

You're discreet, low-ego, and steady. You'll sit closer to sensitive information than almost anyone in the company. You handle it with care, you share credit reflexively, and you stay calm when plans change on a Tuesday afternoon.

What you need to know

Strong partnership with our CEO is a big part of the job. Everything else is the platform it stands on. You'll be measured first on whether our CEO's communication is clearer, more consistent, and more trusted because you exist, and second on whether the company stays aligned as it scales.

This function is lean by design. You will not be building a large internal comms team. You'll be building systems, AI workflows, and leader capability that make a large team unnecessary. If your instinct when work piles up is to hire, this role will frustrate you. If your instinct is to automate and equip, you'll thrive.

Finally: joining Lovable Comms means you're deeply curious, data-driven, and not extremely precious about role boundaries. You find ways to work smarter with AI, to measure what matters, and to step into work that isn't technically "yours" when the moment calls for it.

TL;DR

You're a communications professional who can plan and execute the work that advances Lovable's objectives across EU and Swedish policy environments, making sure our voice is heard on the issues that matter most. You'll pair sharp corporate communications with real policy fluency — working closely with internal teams and external partners to help policymakers, media, and other stakeholders understand Lovable's perspective on the key files and issues that shape the environment we operate in.

This is a balanced role, equal parts policy operator and corporate communicator. You'll report to the European Communications and Public Affairs Lead.

Why Lovable?

Lovable is the software creation platform that gives people the power to act on the problems closest to them. For decades, turning an idea into software required so much capital, technical fluency, and time that many ideas never came to life. Lovable is the counterargument: a platform for all people with ideas, ambition, and problems worth solving. From solopreneurs to small business owners to teams at companies like Adidas and Zendesk, people have built over 60 million projects on Lovable since its launch in November 2024. And we’re just getting started.

We’re building a generational company from Stockholm, with growing teams in London, Boston, New York, and San Francisco. Our team is small, talent-dense, and moving quickly, with a culture rooted in extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. We look for people who care deeply, ship fast, and are eager to make a dent in the world.

Lovable is one of TIME’s 100 Most Influential Companies and has been recognized on the Forbes AI 50 and CNBC Disruptor 50, reflecting our momentum as one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI companies and one of the most ambitious places to build in this next era of software.

What you'll do

This role makes sure Lovable has a credible, constructive voice in the rooms that matter — building a presence worth listening to and developing clear positions that reflect what Lovable actually builds and believes.

Advocate Lovable's positions on key policy files. You'll build and run our engagement with policy representatives across EU and Swedish institutions.

Own corporate communications on policy issues. Statements, briefings, op-eds, speaking moments, and the proactive announcements that build credibility over time. You'll develop the strategy, write the materials, manage media relationships, and make sure each piece reinforces the others.

Track the regulatory agenda and turn it into a point of view. You'll monitor the files that affect us and develop clear positions that reflect the company's reality and ambitions.

Build coalitions and work through industry. You'll represent Lovable in trade associations and industry groups, finding shared causes that move issues forward.

Act as a comms and policy partner to our cross-functional team. You'll work closely with the communications and cross-functional teams in preparing for engagements with policymakers, institutions, and press, strengthening the company’s voice in the European AI debate.

Who you are

You've operated in and around the policy world. That might mean an EU institution, a trade association, a think tank, or a public affairs firm. Wherever you've been, you know how a file moves from idea to law, and you can read the politics, formal and informal, that determine what actually happens.

You understand policy and can communicate it. You have experience from both policy work and corporate communications, and you're equally comfortable speaking to policymakers and media alike.

You can drive an issue forward in a complex political environment. You're comfortable with ambiguity and competing agendas, and you know how to prioritize when everything feels urgent.

You're a sharp writer with editorial judgment. You can turn a dense regulatory development into a crisp briefing, opinion piece or clean position statement.

You connect dots that other people don't see. You look at a piece of draft legislation and think ahead on what it means for the industry as well as what Lovable should say and to whom.

You're a genuine cross-functional collaborator. You work easily with cross-functional stakeholders, external partners, and coalitions. You don't wait to be invited into the room. You're not precious about who gets credit. You just make things work.

You're deeply curious about AI, technology policy, and the industry landscape. You keep up with what happens in the world instinctively — the news, the regulatory moves, the debates as they unfold. You understand where the conversation is heading well enough to spot a risk or an opportunity before someone hands it to you.

What you need to know

This is not a role where you set the strategy and hand off execution. You'll be writing the first drafts of our position statements, building the relationships and showing up in the room as a Lovable representative.

We move fast and plans change. The job runs on two clocks at once: you'll react to the urgent issue that lands today while building the relationships and positions that set us up for success in the long term. If you need a settled environment with predictable workflows, this will be frustrating. If you find that kind of pace energizing, you'll love it.

We're building public affairs and communications at a company that is itself being built. That means you'll have real influence over how this function develops in Europe: the positions, the relationships, the standards. That's the upside of being early.

Finally: joining Lovable Comms means you're deeply curious, data-driven, and not extremely precious about role boundaries. You find ways to work smarter with AI, to measure what matters, and to step into work that isn't technically "yours" when the moment calls for it.

What you’ll do

Own trust, security, and incident communications. People build real businesses on Lovable, and their confidence in the platform is existential to ours. You’ll own Lovable’s trust narrative in earned and new media, proactively telling the story of how we think about security, privacy, reliability, and platform safety. And when something doesn’t go as planned, you’ll be the comms lead in the room, working alongside the Head of Communications to manage the external response with a cross-functional team.

Lead product launch communications. When Lovable ships something new, you own the earned media strategy around it, including knowing the right Substacks, podcasts, and new media channels beyond traditional outlets. You’ll work closely with product marketing to shape positioning, develop press materials, pitch the story, and make sure launches land. You’ll build a repeatable launch engine that moves as fast as the product team does.

Turn journalists and creators into builders. Some of the most powerful product coverage comes from people who’ve experienced Lovable firsthand. You’ll develop relationships with earned media and creators by getting the product into their hands, helping journalists, technical writers, and influencers build something real on Lovable so they can tell the product story from their own experience.

Be the comms partner to our CTO and product leadership. You’ll develop spokesperson platforms for our CTO, CISO, and senior product and engineering leaders. In partnership with product marketing, you’ll prep them for media, conferences, and podcasts. You’ll help them become recognized voices defining a new product category.

Own product-level partner integration comms. When Lovable launches a technical integration or platform capability that changes what builders can do, you own the comms. You’ll coordinate with product marketing and partnerships to shape the narrative and get it in front of the right audiences.

Build analyst and technical influencer relationships. You’ll build relationships with the analysts, tech media, and voices that shape opinion among technical audiences. You’ll make sure Lovable shows up in the right conversations and earns positioning in the right reports.

Ensure product news travels beyond traditional media. Product stories in 2026 don’t just live in TechCrunch. You’ll make sure product news reaches the Substacks, podcasts, technical creators, and communities where your audiences are.

Who you are

You’re technically fluent and genuinely curious about the product. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to understand how software products work, architecturally, not just conceptually. When an engineer explains a design decision, you understand why it matters and can translate it into something a reporter or analyst would care about.

You’ve run product comms at a fast-moving technology company. You’ve lived through the chaos of a product team that ships faster than comms can keep up, and you’ve built systems to stay ahead. You know how to run a launch process that’s tight but not slow, and you know when to push for a bigger moment versus when to just get the word out.

You have real trust and incident comms experience. You’ve worked on or alongside security, privacy, or trust and safety teams. You know the difference between proactive trust storytelling and reactive crisis management, and you’ve done both. You’ve been in the room during a product incident and know how to craft external communications that are honest, precise, and fast.

You have strong media relationships in the tech and AI ecosystem. You know the reporters, podcasters, and analysts who cover AI, developer tools, and enterprise technology. You understand what makes them care about a product story, and you can get Lovable in front of them.

You write clearly, concisely, and technically without being dry. Product comms doesn’t mean jargon-heavy. Your writing is precise, human, and accessible, even when the subject matter is complex or the situation is sensitive.

You connect dots and see around corners. A feature ships, and you immediately think: which reporter is writing about this problem? What should our CTO say on social? How does this fit the narrative arc we’ve been building for the quarter? That connective instinct is what makes this role work.

You’re hands-on, agile, and low-ego. You’ll draft the press materials, build the media list, coordinate the launch timeline, and prep the spokesperson. You thrive in environments where the plan changes and the pace is relentless.

You have 8+ years of experience in communications, including product launches and trust or incident communications at a technology company. You’ve run launch processes, managed incident response, and built media relationships in the tech ecosystem.

What you need to know

This role requires genuine product immersion. You’ll work closely with product marketing to understand what’s shipping, why it matters, and how to position it. That partnership is what lets you move fast and tell the right story at the right moment.

Trust and incident comms are core to the role. You’ll need to be comfortable being the person who’s on call when something breaks, who can draft an incident communication at speed, and who brings the judgment to know when to say something, when to wait, and how to say it right.

Lovable is headquartered in Stockholm, with product and engineering teams across multiple offices. Wherever you sit, you’ll need to work effectively across time zones and build relationships with the teams who ship the product you’re talking about.

Finally: joining Lovable Comms means you’re deeply curious, data-driven, and not extremely precious about role boundaries. You find ways to work smarter with AI, to measure what matters, and to step into work that isn't technically “yours” when the moment calls for it.
